Prep the Fruit: If you prefer an ultra-thick consistency similar to the one in the photo, use a frozen banana. Peel it and break it into chunks before blending.

Layer the Blender: To ensure a smooth blend without overtaxing your motor, add the liquid (milk) first. Follow this with the yogurt, the banana chunks, and finally the raspberries.
