Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Additional grated Parmesan for serving
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce, then add the sliced chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
