Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana (ripe, fresh or frozen for extra creaminess)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, oat, or soy)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • Optional: A handful of ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder consistency.

Instructions:

  1. Combine: Add the milk, yogurt, banana, and frozen berries into your blender.

  2. Blend: Start on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no large fruit chunks remain.

  3. Adjust: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If you prefer it sweeter, add a touch more honey or maple syrup and pulse again.
