Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Take 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 teaspoons of instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the filling:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix  flour, sugar, melted butter, warm milk, yeast, and salt together until a dough forms.
  2. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top.
  3. Roll the dough tightly from the long end and cut into 12-15 pieces. Place the pieces in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. While they bake, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  6. Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the warm buns and serve.
