Chocolate Chip Strawberry Smoothie

Chocolate Chip Strawberry Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes | Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Fresh or frozen strawberries (frozen makes it thicker!)

  • 1 cup Milk of your choice (dairy, almond, or oat milk work great)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on berry sweetness)

  • 2 tbsp Mini dark chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine: Add the strawberries, milk, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend: Pulse until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the Crunch: Add the chocolate chips to the blender and pulse for just 3-5 seconds. You want them broken into tiny pieces, not completely liquefied, to get that nice texture.

  4. Serve: Pour into a glass.

  5. Garnish: Top with a few whole mini chocolate chips and a fresh strawberry on the side, just like the photo.

Pro Tips

  • Make it a Protein Shake: Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder for a post-workout treat.

  • Keep it Cold: If you use fresh berries instead of frozen, add about ½ cup of ice to get that chilled, frothy consistency.
