Chicken Wrap recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salsa and guacamole for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the sliced chicken in olive oil until fully cooked. Season with cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey to create the sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the cooked chicken on each tortilla.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Drizzle the honey-mustard sauce over the ingredients.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly to form the wrap.
  8. Repeat for the remaining wraps.
  9. Serve with salsa and guacamole on the side if desired.
