Instructions:
Start by preparing the beetroot. Peel and chop it into small cubes so it blends easily. Add the chopped beetroot into a blender along with the grated ginger and one cup of water. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and rich in color.
Next, strain the mixture using a fine sieve or clean cloth into a bowl or jug to remove the pulp. This step helps create a smooth and pleasant texture. Press gently to extract as much juice as possible.
Now, add fresh lemon juice to the strained beetroot liquid. Stir in honey to balance the earthy flavor of the beetroot with a touch of sweetness. Mix well until the honey is fully dissolved.
