Ingredients

  • 3 ripe pears (Bosc or Bartlett), halved and cored

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries and raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 2-3 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled

  • Fresh thyme sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prep: Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish. Brush them evenly with the melted butter and drizzle with half of the honey.

  3. First Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the pears begin to soften.

  4. Assemble: Remove from the oven. Fill the centers with the berries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
