2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries and raspberries)

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

2-3 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled

Fresh thyme sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prep: Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish. Brush them evenly with the melted butter and drizzle with half of the honey.

First Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until the pears begin to soften.

Assemble: Remove from the oven. Fill the centers with the berries, chopped walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.

Final Roast: Drizzle with the remaining honey and bake for another 5–10 minutes until the cheese is slightly softened and the berries are juicy.
