Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (skinless)

¾ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 cup celery, chopped

½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

1–2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the chicken
Dice or shred fully cooked, cooled chicken breast.

Mix the dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Combine
Add chicken, celery, red bell pepper, and dill to the bowl.

Stir gently
Mix until everything is evenly coated and creamy.

Chill (optional but recommended)
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
