🍎🍌 Healthy Oatmeal–Apple Dessert (No Flour, No Sugar)

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)
  • 2 apples, peeled & grated or finely chopped
  • 1 banana, mashed (natural sweetener)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup walnuts (50 g), chopped

Optional (but recommended):

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line or lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Blend oats into coarse oat flour or leave whole for more texture.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: mashed banana, eggs, and apples.
  4. Stir in oats and chopped walnuts.
  5. Add cinnamon, vanilla, and salt if using.
  6. Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing.

🍽 How to Serve

  • Warm with a spoon of Greek yogurt
  • Cold as a snack bar
  • With extra apple slices on top
