Instructions

Prep Pineapple β Slice pineapple into 1/2-inch thick rings.

Make Batter β In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add egg and milk; whisk until smooth.

Heat Oil β Preheat oil in deep fryer or large pot to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Batter & Fry β Dip each pineapple ring into batter, coat fully, and fry in batches for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

Drain & Dust β Remove fritters with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels, and dust immediately with cinnamon sugar.
