🍋 Garlic Herb Lemon Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken

    • In a medium bowl, mix oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.

    • Toss chicken pieces in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.

  2. Cook the Chicken

    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Add 1½ tbsp butter and melt.

    • Place chicken in a single layer and cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and almost cooked through.

  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

    • Add remaining 1½ tbsp butter to the skillet.

    • Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Finish with Lemon

    • Drizzle lemon juice over chicken, toss to coat in the sauce.

    • Remove from heat and serve hot.
