Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low-carb peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil

- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:

- Add the Truvia sweetener to the melted mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into a pan and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free dark chocolate and 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Microwave until melted, then mix well.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the hardened peanut butter layer.
