Ingredients:
- 100g rolled oats
- 70g hazelnuts
- 20g sesame seeds
- 20g flax seeds
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 40g sunflower seeds
- 1 egg
- 40ml natural honey
- 75ml milk
- 70g dried apricots
- 50g walnuts
- 60g almonds
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, natural honey, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Chop the dried apricots, walnuts, and almonds into small pieces.
- Add the chopped dried apricots, walnuts, and almonds to the oat mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
