Ingredients:

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 70g hazelnuts
  • 20g sesame seeds
  • 20g flax seeds
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 40g sunflower seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 40ml natural honey
  • 75ml milk
  • 70g dried apricots
  • 50g walnuts
  • 60g almonds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, natural honey, and milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chop the dried apricots, walnuts, and almonds into small pieces.
  6. Add the chopped dried apricots, walnuts, and almonds to the oat mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  7. Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crisp.

  10. Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight container for storage.
