Almond Poppyseed Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 box sugar-free yellow cake mix
- 1 box sugar-free white chocolate or cream cheese pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 1-2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a well-greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Insert a knife into the cake to check for doneness. If the knife does not come out clean, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
