Ingredients:

  • 1 box sugar-free yellow cake mix
  • 1 box sugar-free white chocolate or cream cheese pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a well-greased Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. Insert a knife into the cake to check for doneness. If the knife does not come out clean, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
