Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Press the pork chops into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure both sides are covered evenly.
- Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly brush each chop with olive oil to help achieve a golden crust during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Once done, let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving
