Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough in the prepared baking dish, pressing it to cover the bottom evenly.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Spread this mixture over the crescent roll dough.
