CheeseBurger Egg Rolls Recipe

These Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are so delicious, easy to make, and are the perfect blend of American and Asian cuisines. All you need are egg roll wrappers, lean ground beef, cheese slices (I like Velveeta), and your favorite seasonings! These are great to have as an entree, part of an appetizer plate, or you can even make them ahead and freeze to have for snacks.

It’s Courtney, back again with a brand new recipe! One of my favorite things to do is take unhealthy foods and lighten them up to fit into my lifestyle. The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite restaurants and they have some of the most delicious Cheeseburger Egg Rolls. I wanted to create my very own version of those and that’s exactly what I did. Let’s jump right into how you can make these yourself at home.

Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls RecipeĀ 

Servings: 4 Servings

Equipment: Air Fryer

Ingredients:
  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 pound 96% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lawry’s Seasonsed Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 6 Slices Velveeta Singles
Instructions:
  1. Combine Beef and Seasonings in a skillet and brown ground beef
  2. Mix in Ketchup and Mustard
  3. Break slices of cheese into pieces and mix into beef until completely melted and combined
  4. Put about 2 tablespoon of beef filling into an egg roll wrapper and assemble as shown in photos
  5. Put in Air Fryer, spray with cooking oil, and bake at 400 degrees for 5 mins
  6. Serve immediately
