Roasted cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Half cup honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, honey and pepper.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
Serve hot as a side dish or appetize
