1 cup rolled oats

 

2 medium sweet apples

 

Β½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

 

ΒΌ tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)

 

1–2 tbsp water or milk (optional, if batter is thick)

Prepare oats:

Blend oats into a fine flour using a blender or food processor.

 

Prepare apples:

Peel, core, and chop apples. Blend into a smooth puree.

 

Mix batter:

Combine oat flour + apple puree.

Add cinnamon and baking powder if using.

Mix well to form a thick batter.

 

Bake:

Pour into a greased small baking dish.

Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden.

 

OR Pan Method:

Cook on low flame in a covered non-stick pan for 12–15 minutes.

 

Cool & serve:

Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
