Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep the Oven & Veggies: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and thinly slice your onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

  2. Sauté for Flavor: In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, combine the olive oil, onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Sauté until the onions turn a beautiful golden brown. This brings out the natural sweetness!

  3. Prepare the Tray: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (this is key so the cheese doesn’t stick!).
